Our accommodation cleaning service includes but not limited to following;
Bedding
- Strip off old bed linens.
- Place dirty linens in the bags and put back into store room or as directed by the motel manager.
- Put clean sheets on the bed.
- Place a blanket on top of the top sheet.
- Tuck all the bottom corners into the bed using hospital corners.
- Fold the top edge of the top sheet and blanket down one inch.
- Change the pillow cases and put the pillows at the top of the bed.
Bedrooms
- Dust and wipe down the furniture surface.
- Disinfect the telephone receiver and wipe down the buttons.
- Tidy coat hangers; check under beds and in robes and remove any rubbish left by previous guests.
- Check besides cupboards and under beds for rubbish or personal belongings.
- Gather all the trash, empty the trash cans and replace trash can liners.
- Vacuum the floor.
Lounge & Living Area
- Tidy up living area.
- Remove guests magazines unless current
- Tidy information brochures & throw out excess.
- Place table runner & coasters properly.
- Dust and wipe down the furniture surface
- Remove all marks from furniture.
- Vacuum the floor.
Kitchen
- Clean and tidy kitchen.
- Dispose off any food left by guests.
- Wipe out fridge, oven and microwave.
- Clean toaster and kettle and put back in the drawer.
- Tidy up cupboards.
- Arranging the provisions as directed by the owner/manager.
- Empty dishwasher.
- Clean the sink.
- Vacuum and mop the floor.
Bathroom
- Fold new linens according to company standard and put them into proper place.
- Wipe down the shower, the tub, the soap holder and the shower curtain.
- Wipe down the mirror to get rid of streaks and spots and mop the floor.
- Scrub the toilet bowl, the toilet seat and outside of the toilet with cleaner.
- Restock the bathroom with toilet paper, tissue, shampoo, conditioner and soaps.
- Empty the trash and put a new liner in the trash can.
- Wash the bathroom.
- Do not leave the floor wet, wring out the mop.
Balcony
- Dust and wipe down the furniture surface
- Stack chairs and tables
- Vacuum balcony.
- Mopping the floor when necessary.

** Public Area is all different future compare to each property, thus we must visit your site to give you a final our service price.
** Extra hours means extra work hours such as windows cleaning, oven cleaning (where at guest left dirty oven and its required special oven cleaning needs), spring cleaning and so on that request by you to do extra cleaning service needs and our “Extra hourly rate is $30.00 (Plus GST) per cleaner” or it can be as a “set price” after the job lists has been confirmed by you and agreed upon with you.
Note: For any other type of accommodation, the pricing will differ according to the type of property.
*** If the rooms or apartments are extremely dirty, then in addition to check-out rates extra rate will be applied.
